Requisition Number: S_210346 Department: Student Affairs Business Services-10875 Description of Work: The Accounting Associate is a member of the Student Affairs Business Services team and will primarily focus the accounting duties for University Housing, however may assist with Student Affairs business operations as needed. The Accounting Associate will perform all accounting responsibilities for assigned areas including: review and coding of Accounts Payable invoices for processing through the University's SAP system, reconciliation of purchase card charges to ensure proper coding and business function, posting documents in the Housing Accounting system Sage 100, and reconciling Housing's fiscal records to the University's SAP system for assigned UNL Cost Centers.
