We have an opportunity for an Sales Excellence Specialist to join our Honeywell Safety and Productivity Solutions team in Bucharest. Commercial Excellence Analyst will report to the Commercial Excellence Leader. The role's focus is on deep regional analytics for Europe Sales Organization, reporting activities and quota management

Sales Excellence Specialist  responsibilities:

  • Support the Europe Sales organization and Sales leaders with data reporting and analysis per the requirements of the Commercial Excellence organization included but not limited to the following: Tools/SIP/Reporting
  • Drive continued improvements in automating reporting and analysis;
    Improve existing or create new reports and dashboards as required for continuous improvement, using digital tools (for ex. Tableau)
  • Preparation, coordination, execution and timely distribution of various reports to management and regional teams as needed
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and work with Commercial Excellence team to develop corrective actions
  • Coordinate with the other functions (Supply Chain/ Marketing/ Customer Support) to support and drive the analytical insights and actions for Europe Sales Organization
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to ownership of issues until resolution


  • University degree
  • Basic: 2 years of experience in reporting and analytics
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Advanced in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Tableau
  • Strong knowledge in using SalesForce
  • Excellent presentation skills, comfortable and effective making presentations to executive levels
