Our client is looking for a military-experienced project manager who can learn their business and treat it like their own.

Job candidates need to possess core-values, engineering aptitude, and experience managing projects. Our client has created an in-depth training regimen consisting of OJT, online modules, and an open-door policy with area experts. Their phased approach constantly delivers successful project managers.

As the leader of the project management team, you will bridge the customer’s wants with a well planned and executed solution. You achieve this by utilizing our client’s cutting-edge equipment, extensive manpower workforce, and by leading your crew through safe production; creating a protective lining for your customer that will last for years.

Successful project managers have a bias for action, can break down complex problems into steps that drive results, and will lead their team to execute projects flawlessly. As a project manager, you can lead our client’s next major project.

Seventy-five percent of the projects will be local.

The Twenty Five percent that are non-local will require some travel to the site and related to specific needs. This could be a 1 day out and back to meet with the client or a 15 day-turnaround requiring daily leadership around meeting deadlines.
