Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer to join our team in the Crane, Indiana.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work within a team of engineers to design and develop Depot test capabilities for shipboard sensor systems

  • Analyze unit under test functions and interfaces. Design and develop test system to stimulate the unit under test and diagnose anomalous behavior. Unit under test will be shipboard network, communications, radar, and sensor components

  • Experienced using software and tools such as, C#, C++, LASAR, TestStand, LabVIEW, LabWindows, and MatLab to develop test system software

  • Apply systems engineering methodology and processes to test system life-cycle support

  • Support test system design reviews

  • Apply configuration management principles to test system documentation, hardware, and software

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS or MS degree Physics, Electrical or Computer Eng/Science and 5 or more years’ experience

  • Process oriented and continuous improvement focused

  • Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships across departments, customers, and other company team members

  • Possess good communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with DoD systems, engineering processes, and test method

  • Experience with model-based systems engineering methods and tools

  • Certifications and education in use of test software applications

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
