Secretary - Wound Healing & HBO Center at HCA Mission Health

 

Part-Time - Days

 

This position requires scheduling all wound patients from the 3 HCA Mission Health North Carolina Division wound healing/foot care/hyperbaric locations, checking patients out after their appointments, and other clerical duties.  This is a benefits-eligible position.

 

Job Summary: Provides administrative support to an assigned department. This will be done by performing routine clerical functions, by providing excellent customer service and by assisting with special departmental projects. Performs routine functions to maintain an organized and effecient office environment.

Required Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Education: Associate's Degree

Required License: None

Preferred License: CPS (Certified Professional Secretary)

Required Experience: 3 years in a secretarial position

Preferred Experience: 3 years in secretarial position with medical background/environment
