Honeywell Building Technologies is seeking a Digital Campaign Excellence Leader who will work directly with our Marketers to guide them on planning, executing and optimizing lead generation campaigns with a digital first mindset. This role will also be responsible for the media planning and execution of the campaigns on behalf of our Marketers. This is a chance to build something new. We are looking for a transformation agent who can help Honeywell grow incremental revenue through optimizing our campaigns, mentoring our Marketers and creating an activation team.


  • Consult with Marketers on how to structure their campaigns and operate at best practice level.
  • Train and mentor Marketers on the end to end campaign process including personas, CDJs, content strategy, and goal setting.
  • Manage activation by planning, buying, deploying, reporting and optimizing media (SEM, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic) on behalf of 5 business and their 20 brands through internal and agency resources.
  • Create dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau for Marketers to understand their effectiveness through connecting media and campaign metrics.
  • Create daily and weekly leadership reports to show progress against goals along with insights and recommendations.
  • Bring disparate regions and businesses together for common campaigns to increase efficiency.
  • Build a business plan to create a team to scale campaign activation
  • Recruit, develop, manage and inspire team of marketing activation professionals.
  • Achievement of growth targets with pipeline, revenue as well as improvements in media conversion metrics such as CPC and CPL.


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing media
  • 3+ years of marketing leadership experience.


  • Performance-based, direct response B2B marketing.
  • Test and Learn best practices.
  • Execution with platform UIs and ad serving / ad tech (DSPs, Facebook Business Manager, Google Display, etc.).
  • Proven track record of success driving performance media management & execution.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, self-start and contribute in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well in a highly matrixed, global organization
  • Exceptional and demonstrated analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
  • Highly motivated and proactive problem solver.
