•Make a decisive contribution to improving operations customer satisfaction ratings by using customer feedback to direct business improvement initiatives.
•Play a key part in driving business transformation / change management programs which enable the successful delivery of key business strategies.
•Work with Global Service Delivery and Account Leadership to align insights initiatives with contractual commitments.
•Engage and lead internal stakeholders, partners, and internal business groups to review current OTC processes and identify opportunity areas to bring insights.
•Graduate of Bachelor’s degree •Must have at least 12 years operations experience in Order to Cash under BPO or Shared Services industry •Must have at least 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Managerial role/position
