**Catalyst System Performance Technical Specialist**

**Description**

We are looking for a talented **System Performance Technical Specialist (Catalyst)** to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business in Columbus, IN.

**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**

+ Supporting multiple VPI programs by providing robust feature (performance and diagnostic) tuning calibrations and appropriate documentation to demonstrate compliance to applicable ESWs / technical profiles / related DVP&R task

+ Spending majority of time tuning and validating features on program specific hardware / software in test cell / vehicle environment within the program milestones.

+ Furthermore, it is expected to utilize Matlab/Simulink based tools to analyze data and develop calibration content as well as to provide clear and detailed presentations to Manager, Subject Matter Experts and Project Leads.

+ This posted position will not have direct reports but is expected to help guide peers through processes within expertise.

**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**

+ Experience using Matlab/Simulink are required for this position.

+ Test Cell and Vehicle testing knowledge is preferred.

+ Boost Catalyst Model Package experience good

+ Test Cell, Field Test and Controls work experience preferred

+ Catalyst experience a must

+ Simulation based work experience is beneficial

+ Minimum Bachelors in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

+ Minimum 4 years work experience

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
