Develops and implements strategies to increase sales and profits for Hillman products at Lowes. Identifies and secures new categories and provides ongoing support to existing Lowes business.
 

1. Account Management – Manages existing Lowes business as assigned as well as prospective new categories.

  • Manages sales and gross profit expectations with assigned Lowes categories.
  • Resolves issues working with Lowes personnel to include, but not limited to, Merchandise Managers, Merchandise Assistants, Replenishment, and Store Environment.
  • Identifies new business opportunities with product expansions into existing categories and also potential categories.
  • Performs line reviews and annual business reviews with Lowes.
  • Conducts store walks with Lowes merchant team.

2. Product Expertise – Works with Marketing Department to grow and expand product lines at Lowes.

  • Works with Marketing to design and create optimized plan-o-grams for Lowes
  • Works with Marketing to develop promotional opportunities to drive sales growth at Lowes.
  • Develops and creates new product offerings for potential line extensions for Lowes.
  • Recognized by Lowes as the category analytical expert and program captain in assigned categories.

3. Support – Provides necessary support to the Hillman organization where required to complete designated project tasks or business tasks.

  • Assist the Field Service Team with the development and maintenance of account requirements and needs.
  • Works closely with entire Lowes core team to drive total Lowes business.
  • Works with his/her management to develop annual sales and margin budgets for assigned categories.
