Job Description
The HR Operations Coordinator role
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to develop your career, then we have a great opportunity for you. __We are seeking a high energy, self-starter to support processes impacting employee data. __Successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, customer service, problem solving, and communication skills. __Candidate should also possess an aptitude for technology, sound judgment, flexibility to learn and adapt, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team. __Must be sensitive to confidential material and be committed to quality. __Knowledge of Human Resources, benefits and/or payroll a plus. __Key responsibilities include:

_______ __Ensure transactions are executed accurately in a timely manner.
_______ __Provide in-depth support to business units in HRIS transactions, data review and validation, auditing and correcting.
_______ __Research and work in a team environment to resolve employee issues in many areas of Human Resources, by working directly with internal and external clients and vendors.
_______ __Transactional point of contact between customer relationship manager (CRM) system and business unit Human Resource representatives, managers, and employees.
_______ __Identify and drive process improvements across the function.
_______ __Analyze data issues and provide Relentless Root Cause Analysis in problem resolution.
_______ __Provide data-entry support to 60,000 employees.


Skills and experience
Preferred: Experience/Qualifications__
_______ __Minimum 1 year of customer service preferred
_______ __Ability to work in a deadline-driven atmosphere
_______ __Strong attention to detail
_______ __Ability to work in a team environment
_______ __HRIS experience preferred
_______ __Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential material and possess good business judgment and ethics
_______ __Strong communication skills (written and oral) with all levels of the organization.
_______ __Experience with MS Office preferred
_______ __Strong analytic skills


Education and Certifications
Associates Degree preferred.
