Job Description
As a Senior Manager supporting Enterprise Initiatives, you will be responsible for leading key workflows that will drive the enhancement of Care Management products to drive improvements in health outcomes for all Caremark members. You will also be responsible for partnering with Senior Leadership to develop the strategic roadmap for identifying areas of greatest opportunity, incorporating key improvements into our products, and evaluating any new solutions which should become a part of our portfolio of products. You will be expected to understand the strategic, operational and financial impact of our products and that of any changes we make to them. Some key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying opportunities which should be deployed in order deliver the most impact for our members, while growing the PBM Care Management business
- Acting as the primary point of contact for multiple teams as they work to hit key timelines
- Collaborating with numerous stakeholders across the organization to ensure we are charting the right strategic path
- Evaluating key decisions by projecting expected outcomes of program reconfiguration and enhancement

This role will require having comprehensive knowledge of all PBM Care Management products and understanding how our products and portfolio compare with alternatives in the marketplace. Understanding the voice of the client, wherever they may be, will be essential to ensure we are developing solutions that are meeting the needs of an evolving healthcare industry! To be successful, you will bring with you, the ability to manage up and build consensus at senior levels of the organization as well as a developed skillset in building inclusive teams and strong relationships across the organization. You will seek out information across the enterprise and learn from subject matter experts. Finally, the you must have a passion for improving health outcomes in all communities.

Required Qualifications
* At least 6 years of experience in a product development, product management, strategic consulting or related role
* 2+ years of experience directly or indirectly leading teams

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience leading diverse enterprise teams
* Pharmacy or Healthcare Experience
* Product Development Experience
* Advanced skills with spreadsheets, data and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Education
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Master's Degree preferred
