A position has been created in the SPS ISC Planning Centre of Excellence team (PCOE) for an ambitious Supply Chain Professional. You will report to the SPS ISC Planning VP and not only will you learn from the best, you will have the opportunity to carve out a space for yourself to show your leadership skills and play an instrumental role in the success of the company.
The successful candidate will support the implementation and continuous improvement of an effective and sustainable Sales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP, S&OP, IBP) processes across Honeywell SPS integrating demand planning, supply planning, production planning, inventory planning, and product life cycle management into a common plan.

The role will focus on Sales, Inventory and Operational Planning (SIOP) with particular emphasis on consensus demand planning and long-term demand planning. Supports the facilitation of the demand planning meetings, the supply planning process, the financial reconciliation and the final SIOP plan review. The role will be dedicated to implementing Corporate policies and procedures within the Business Units (BUs) and driving the adoption of Kinaxis RapidResponse for SIOP and Demand Planning.
Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a competitive advantage of the product portfolio. Focusing on building a world-class team, utilizing and deploying lean planning techniques, driving continuous improvement activities and achievement of superior performance across all KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Job Responsibilities: 
-Partner with the Corp Planning COE to implement world class consensus demand planning and SIOP/S&OP/IBP management system and methodologies across global Honeywell SPS businesses
-Implement Planning System of Record (Kinaxis Rapid Response) owning the Demand/Consensus Planning and SIOP process orchestration across $6B Annual Revenue, 6 GBE’s, and 70+ sites.
-Serve as SIOP & Consensus Planning Subject Matter Expert, co-developing Supply Chain Academy content and leading regular process audits, educational boot camps, and online training modules
-Continuously develop and improve SIOP processes, increasing automated and integrated solutions tailored to specific lines of business
-Drive standard organizational and process rigor and constructive tension and accountability, standardized as much as possible via R&R and organizational alignment, customized where necessary
-Improve product transition management with intelligent lifecycle data, process, and analytics including advanced leading indicators like sales funnel, spec analysis, and market intelligence.
-Support the SPS Executive SIOP process for Executive Leadership team
-Coach and mentor planners to increase their skills and capability in preparation for promotion within Honeywell

Must Have:
-Education: Bachelor's Degree (i.e. Engineering, Business, Supply Chain)
-Consensus Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) (8 years minimum)
-Demonstrable deep knowledge of Portfolio Management, Demand Planning, product transitions, SIOP reconciliation and Executive alignment

-Advanced Degree (MBA or MS)
-Product Management experience in industrial or technology vertical (3 years)
-New Product Introduction management experience (3 years)
-Industry relevant project management certifications (i.e. LEAN, PMP, APICS, Six Sigma)
-Strong matrix, global organization management demonstrating relationship management skills with excellent written & verbal -communication and ability to influence cross-functionally
-Experience implementing an Integrated Planning System of Record (ex: Rapid Response, o9, Logility)
