Our transformation team within the operations reference data services (ORDS) area works very closely with a number of our divisions within Deutsche Bank to remediate the onboarding process for our existing clients. As you'll be a change analyst within this space, you will be working on and implementing tactical and strategic solutions for various projects or programs, including supporting data change initiatives and remediation program objectives and milestones. You will be part of the roll out of initiatives across the global client onboarding and adoption teams and also be responsible for build out, management, and monitoring of the data controls and reporting.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver change on a range of different types of initiatives with a focus on execution, deliveries and controls, ensuring process and system readiness
  • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of data challenges, identify and define systemic changes and create project artefacts such as business required documents (BRDs), functional specification documents (FSDs), key operating procedures (KOPs), test case documents, and project documentation
  • Perform complex analysis and design work, data reconciliation exercises, and develop strategic solutions to remediate breaks and establish appropriate systemic preventative controls
  • Perform and create data quality checks and metrics to demonstrate regulatory compliance
  • Analyze trends in daily control reports to identify remediation populations and oversee through completion by collaborating with global partners & subject matter experts (SMEs)

Your Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in communicating with key stakeholders and driving complex transformation initiatives
  • Significant experience across multiple disciplines of change, e.g., business analysis, project management, process improvement, change adoption & testing
  • Experience working with and implementing regulatory and systemic controls within a banking environment, or within a similar operations function
  • Knowledge of client onboarding, understanding of an investment bank, and the lifecycle of a trade is a plus
  • Knowledge of internal account-based systems, e.g., Magellan, Bloomberg, is preferred
