**Description:** This Lockheed Martin \(LM\) IT Manager position will manage a product team focused on RMS Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul and Sustainment Operations\.

Duties include but are not limited to:

\*Management of MRO & Aftermarket Sustainment functionality in SAP and Solumina supporting multiple sites in the US and internationally\.

\*Management of Digital Transformation efforts in support of the RMS Sustainment product team

\* Management and oversight of various non\-SAP applications\.

\* Investigation into any software programs that will standardize and automate aftermarket operations\.

\* Leadership of direct staff in support of successful execution of all deliverables, implementation activities and sustainment operations\.

\* Applies knowledge of computer hardware and software and subject matter to be programmed in business/mission applications, information processing techniques used, and information gathered from system users to develop software\.

\* Ensures software standards are met, and applies the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the development life cycle\.

\* Responsible for product cost, schedule and performance, resource allocation\.

\* Collaborate across leadership team to build/work synergies and opportunities across projects

\* Successfully manages all aspects of resource planning & assignments\. Ensures successful hiring and staff augmentation of resources\. Responsible for areas of education, training and compliance in assigned organization to ensure the required skills are available and deployed as needed\.

\* Responsible for human resource administration and development \(performance management, merit, promotions, etc\.\)\. Manages talent assessment and development for subordinates\.

\* Provide production support, including off\-hours when required\.

\* Ensures assigned budgets are adhered to and optimally used to facilitate achieving the organizational goals\.

\* Provide mentoring and coaching on best practices\.

\* Provide input to project status and progress reports to Senior Management

\* Travel to support project meetings as required\.

\* This position is a teleworker position\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

\* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills\.

\* Demonstrated ability to lead several IT teams in different efforts while maintaining the budget planning and execution for all resources\.

\* Demonstrated effective leadership of software development projects with full life cycle and sustainment experience\.

\* Proven experience leading a diverse team with multiple components\.

\* Proven ability to successfully team across dispersed organizations and geographical locations\.

\* Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills\. Demonstrated ability to develop exceptional customer relationships and collaborate as a key member of the Applications staff\.

\* Proven Full Spectrum Leadership skills\. Demonstrated leadership skills managing budget, schedule and technical skills\.

\* Demonstrated Agile experience

\* This role requires US citizenship\.

**Desired Skills:**

\* Knowledge of SAP product and software development

\* Working knowledge of Applications business processes and technologies including SAP, SAP\-MRO and Solumina\.

\* Knowledge of SAP iMRO software package

\* Demonstrated business acumen and ability to balance requirements with business needs\.

\* Experience in Service Central incident & problem management\.

\* Demonstrated successful experience in Aftermarket business domain\.

\* Experience with resource management \(performance management, merit, promotions, hiring, training skill development, etc\.\)\.

\* Prior management experience
