Looking for an exceptional Technical Recruiter to drive the development and implementation of the recruiting strategy. The Technical Recruiter will work with the recruiting team and various business leaders. To be successful in this role, you"ll need to use your skills to establish sound relationships with your business and candidates, create recruiting strategies to ensure success in filling requirements, stellar research of the industry, develop a strong network of passive candidates, work collaboratively with team and create robust sourcing strategies that will attract the best and the brightest in our industry. This position is fast-paced on fun and cohesive team.

Candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent recruiting techniques and innovative ideas to lead to the overall success of the business.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Consulting with business on staffing and recruitment policies, ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity mandates, compensation guidelines, and other processes.

+ Candidate will have a reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation, organization, possess strong verbal and written communication skills, can prioritize their time, demonstrate pushback and a sense of urgency, and understand the value of providing amazing customer service.

+ Candidate will have a knowledge and understanding of the needs of the Intelligence community as well as the government contracting industry.

Skills Required:

+ Experience building and executing recruiting plans for a client group and possess excellent customer service skills

+ 5+ years recruiting experience

+ 10+ Years of experience in the defense industry

+ Experience with online sourcing techniques and up to date on all recruiting technology

+ Ability to generate a high volume/high-quality pipeline of candidates under tight timelines

+ Proven track record of delivering hiring result and ability to communicate and qualify their metrics

+ Highly organized in planning and time management with the ability to multi-task

+ Capability to utilize and exploit a variety of resources to target highly-cleared candidates with specialized technical expertise, i.e., social media and web-based initiatives, job fairs, networking, and commonly used job boards.

+ Engage in 'out of the box' thinking to identify and attract candidates, utilizing various sourcing strategies proven effective in a competitive industry.

+ Prescreen candidates, provide candidate summaries to hiring managers, coordinate and follow up on interviews and lead remaining hiring/closing efforts.

+ Manage and update candidate activity in an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

+ Follow up with and address candidate questions throughout the process.

+ Update report of weekly candidate activity; provide input for other reporting.

Skills Preferred:

+ Skilled at partnering with hiring team to build effective recruiting, sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations

+ Strong analytics with the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team

+ Excellent skills managing people and measuring data

+ Strong mentoring skills

+ Experience recruiting highly-cleared candidates

+ Strong understanding of security clearance requirements specific to the Intelligence community

+ Experience with Applicant Tracking System, preferable Kenexa. Staffing Agency experience is highly preferred
