RVP Provider Solutions (New Hampshire Market)
Location:  Within commuting distance to Manchester, NH

The incumbent will be responsible for strategic leadership of the provider network for the State of New Hampshire, including creating and executing network strategies to serve commercial and Medicare lines of business, cultivating key relationships, contracting providers through fee-for-service and value based payment arrangements, developing and implementing cost of care and trend management plans, and overseeing the implementation of enterprise network policies.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Developing provider network strategies to convey a competitive advantage. 
•    Aligning strategies with enterprise goals
•    Facilitating network aspects of products for all segments, including but not limited to broad and narrow network commercial and Medicare solutions, PSPs, and other specialized networks.
•    Delivering competitive cost of care in New Hampshire. 

•    Achieving for each line of business:

           - Network cost of care goals

           - Unit price trend and rate relativity targets 

           - State and enterprise Value Based Care objectives

•    Integrating quality metrics and incentives into provider agreements. 
•    Collaborating with Clinical and Quality on capture of medical record and other data and implementation of medical, pharmacy and other related policies
•    Collaborating with Product Development to recommend and implement innovative benefit plan designs. 
•    Working with Provider Experience, Provider Data, Provider Issues Resolution and other departments to ensure proper implementation of provider contracts and resolution of issues as they may occur.
•    Leveraging information available through Health Economics, Payment Integrity and other sources to inform data driven contracts and programs
•    Serving as Provider Solutions local point of accountability for all product lines.
•    Ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. 
•    Attracting and hiring talent to the market
•    Training, developing, and evaluating performance of staff

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills and will be effective in establishing a collaborative relationship with the New Hampshire Commercial and Medicare leadership.

This role requires a BS/BA in business administration or related healthcare field; 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, finance, underwriting, actuary, network development and/or sales; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Masters preferred.

•    Strong business acumen, financial and organizational knowledge.
