Sr.__Manager, Global Mobility__Service Delivery Lead__

__

This candidate will be designated as the__Service Delivery Lead for__the Global Mobility team. They will have__direct__interaction with the RTX business unit leads, project managers, and__business relationship managers to help align,__prioritize__and deliver__the__vision of RTX mobility.__The Service Delivery Lead will also be responsible for ensuring the Global Mobility team and__it___s__partners are__adhering to set SLA___s and may assist with end user support for issuing enrollment emails and__applying group policies where required.__The candidate should have knowledge of multiple__Mobile Management technologies__(MobileIron, AirWatch, Intune, Samsung__Knox__and Mobile Threat Defense) and mobile OS__(iOS,__iPadOS, Android).____

As the__Service Delivery__Lead, this individual__will also be responsible for providing metrics on project progress,__SLA trends, user feedback trends__and assist with maintain and creating__the Global Mobility standard work.__This person will__report to the Global Mobility Lead and work in the End User__Collaboration and User Experience team for Raytheon Technologies__and will help oversee and deliver the RTX Global Mobility strategic vision.____

Responsibilities:__

__

  • Address employee service concerns and escalations from the technology and process perspective.____

  • Support cost optimization in the delivery of services and enable company cost reduction leveraging on available technologies.____

  • Manage delivery,__maintenance__and support of IT services by ensuring internal and 3rd party teams deliver services upon SLAs and internal control framework.____

  • Provide local support to offshore teams in the delivery of services. This includes active participation in service reviews, perform activities "on the ground" (hands and eyes) improvement plans among other actions with Internal delivery teams and service partners.____

  • Support development and deployment and of technologies, services, and security guidelines to improve employee experience. This includes supporting employees to understand company technologies, identify and drive opportunities to use it and championing use.__

  • Assist with the creation and upkeep of the Global Mobility team___s standard work and__ServiceNOW__KB___s__

  • Occasional end user support requirements__

Experience/Qualifications:__

__

  • 5+__years__work experience within a large enterprise environment__preferred

  • Two__or more years of leadership responsibilities, including strategy, and staffing__

  • Demonstrated experience of influencing key stakeholders across the organization and within complex contexts__

  • Preferably proven experience or demonstrated capability in leading IT transformational initiatives in complex, dynamic environments where agile was applied at scale__

  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.__

  • Experience in large corporate server rollout and support__

  • Experience in Large scale enterprise project management__

  • Good time management with an ability to work on__a number of__projects and tasks concurrently setting own agendas and effectively prioritizing work__

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment__

  • Knowledge of VMWare Workspace 1, MobileIron, Microsoft Intune environments, Samsung Knox____

  • Knowledge and understanding of industry best practices__

  • Strong understanding of iOS and Android OS__

  • Understanding of__ServiceNOW__workflow process__

  • Ability to travel__

  • Be a creative visionary__and__self starter__

  • Candidates for this role should possess a Bachelors Degree with +8 years experience, or and Advanced Degree with +5 years experience.
