Be a change agent on the cutting edge of global continuous improvement projects. You will support projects and utilize change management techniques to achieve measurable return on investment. You will collaborate with stakeholders in order to support metrics, track milestones, review projects and roll out Human resources programs. You will develop and implement changes as necessary to ensure projects meet time, cost, budget and quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead assigned projects to completion according to waterfall and agile methodologies

  • Create clear and attainable project objectives

  • Devising and owning the HR Project plan and ensuring key milestones are identified and communicated to key stakeholders

  • Build the project requirements including project success measures and proven ROI

  • Manage project constraints around cost, time, scope, and quality to baseline

  • Engage appropriate resources and define / implement change management strategy

  • Manage overall project progress and develop, execute, and track project plans

  • Review project progress with Steering Committee and present in regular MOS reviews

  • Pro-actively manage escalations

  • Identify baseline and measure project benefits

  • Partner with peers to leverage knowledge and standards to promote consistent, quality deliverables across all projects


  • Bachelors Degree
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of MS-Team, MS Office, MS Project and Smartsheet and MS SharePoint, comfortable with basic data analysis skills
  • Experience as Project Manager, with proven record of project impact on relevant line of business
  • Excellent communication, organization, time-management, and leadership skills
  • Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certification, Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Agile certification preferred
  • Ability to artfully convey even subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for topic and audience
