Our International Private Bank Wealth Management (IPBWM) data teams are working with technology to transform the way we work. We are involved on projects that supports transition to data-driven business that empowers the next generation of digital banking, enhances stakeholder experience, and maximizes operational excellence. Our data team use tools such as Hadoop Ecosystem, Scala, Kafka, Spark, and Python along with PL/SQL, Java, Qlik, and Informatica ETL (extract, transform, load) to address computational, complexity, and efficiency challenges. Our team of subject matter experts will be there to coach and support your development to ensure you excel in this role. Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely together with the product owner and other squad members, to ensure right granularity of requirements specification on an epic / story level
  • Responsible for user story creation
  • Translate business needs: create models, diagrams, presentations and other documentations that support the target audience to understand business requirements
  • Facilitate communication at team level in order to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
  • Validate requirements, testing and training (if required): validate end to end requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demo
  • Be key actor in writing & conducting test cases and, in case required, train non-squads stakeholders

Your Skills and Experience:
  • Relevant and demonstrable experience in designing and documenting requirements in Agile teams
  • Clear ability to provide concise, precise and managerial answers to a wide array of business related topics as well as experience in working in a challenging, fast-paced environment and deal with complex and ambiguous situations independently
  • Knowledge of banking products Global Plus, Metavante, TCS Bancs
  • Experience in documentation of business requirements as well as test management with flexibility for moving between different requirements on a timely manner
  • Knowledge of data mapping and experience in data management projects
