At ChemPoint, the success of our unique Operations process depends on continuously strengthening our business relationships. The Lead Generation Specialist is the primary support for the Marketing Department’s efforts to drive online awareness, revenue generation strategy and tactics for ChemPoint.

 

Key Deliverables:

  • Manages inbound digital inquiries through XRM, online chat functionality and any other sources
  • Engages the customer as necessary (phone first, then e-mail) to understand value of the lead
  • Determines if inquiry is a sales qualified lead
  • Assigns sales qualified leads to the appropriate sales person
  • Assigns other inquiries to appropriate department (document requests, services
  • requests, etc.), or addresses directly

  • Resolves inquiry and provides appropriate transition to assigned department
  • Executes marketing strategy for business products and services through all digital marketing channels and provides results back to industry teams.
  • Optimizes results on future activities based on analysis of previous efforts.
  • Engages with customers in response to inquiries submitted via web form, phone, and online chat function about ChemPoint services or products.
  • Monitors and collects information on types of inquiries via various routes, determines the type/value of inquiry, prioritizes, resolves and/or assigns to the appropriate personnel to address.

 

Candidate Portfolio:

  • Experience in performing business analysis and presenting trends, options, and recommendations.
  • Experience with customer and territory management.
  • Ability to present to an audience and adjust behavior style to successfully interact with others when addressing challenges.
  • Consultative selling skills and negotiation ability.
  • PC skills required, database experience desired.
  • Knowledge and experience working with MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
  • Experience with MS Dynamics and Click Dimensions a plus.
  • Experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of pricing and marketing strategies and proper short and long-term execution.

 

Other Considerations:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline from fully accredited four-year institution or equivalent work experience is preferred.
