**Description:** Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems Liverpool, NY site is a multi\-shift, manufacturing facility which integrates complex mechanical and electronic assemblies\. This role would be a part of the Materials organization as a leader managing Transportation and Incoming/Receiving\. Transportation responsibilities include coordinating material moves across the site along with coordination of shipments of goods external to the site\. This includes understanding the logistics of shipping domestically and internationally\. Shipping requirements include compliance to ITAR regulations, import/export compliance, and in many cases has DCMA oversight\. From an Incoming/Receiving perspective this role oversees the operation of our docks and ensures material is received and flows to the required destination efficiently\. This position requires the oversight of a staff that includes both represented and non\-represented employees\. Working outside of normal operating hours may be required\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

\-Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Management

\-Understanding of MRP / supply and demand management

\-Working knowledge of ITAR, Import/Export Compliance, Hazmat Regulations

\-Experience/understanding of managing budgets and tracking performance metrics

\- Demonstrated proficient knowledge of computer systems, office applications and warehouse management systems

\-Demonstrated ability and experience communicating with peers, leadership, and internal customers effectively on multiple platforms \(face\-to\-face, virtually, email, skype, etc\.\)

\-Demonstrated ability to work independently and make effective decisions

\-Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD secret security clearance\. Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship\.

\-Experience using Solumina

\-Green Belt Certified

\-Previous leadership experience
