Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will provide expertise to, and advise and guide the team's work on assessing, designing, and developing all aspects of a release lifecycle, including: development and test activities, coordinating release preparation and acceptance of new hardware and software, and collaborating across development expertise domains.

The Capital Markets Technology - DevOps Engineering - Lead Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Will lead Cloud DevOps Architecture is responsible for leading architectural decisions for the cloud infrastructure and application DevOps.
  • Advise team and management on process improvements and opportunities for automation.

  • Plan and lead DevOps team in executing project tasks and coordinating interrelated technical tasks.
  • Lead processes for the timely resolution of the most critical and/or complex issues.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts across the release lifecycle to obtain input and support for planned DevOps engineering activities.
  • Recommend opportunities to enhance alignment between IT operations and the business.



Minimum Required Experiences

  • 4 years
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent

Desired Experiences

  • Deep understanding of technical architecture and have implemented solutions in a cloud environment. Knowledge of industry best practices around agile methodology and architecture microservices patterns with experience in DevOps practice
  • 10+ years of software development, solutions architect, or cloud architect experience with focus in DevOps. People with operations background are not preferred for this role.
  • 10+ years building cloud native architectures, architecting enterprise applications on public cloud platforms and cloud ecosystems including AWS.
  • 10+ years architecting highly scalable and reliable back-end systems in production.
  • 5+ years experience leveraging DevOps and building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, Gitlab, Artifactory, Kubernetes ,Ansible, AWS CloudFormation templates, and GitHub, AWS DevOps suite.
  • Ideally share a public source code repository that demonstrates must have skills, Contribution to open source or technical blog writeups are valid alternatives.


  • Experience driving continuous delivery practices with extensive usage of terraform and Kubernetes as hands on architect in larger organizations.
  • Deep knowledge with hands on experience in building applications on AWS public cloud with cloud native design, microservice architecture and containerization.
  • Proven experience in developing application in multiple programing languages, specifically in java and Golang.
  • Proven experience in Writing Terraform Provider
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining consistency of a product's performance, functional, and physical attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information.
  • Product Development including designing products, developing product roadmaps, translating design requirements, prototyping, etc.
  • Determining causes of operating errors and taking corrective action.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
  • Communication including communicating in writing or verbally, copywriting, planning and distributing communication, etc.


  • Skilled in AWS Developer tools such as CodeBuild, CodeDeploy, CodeStar, or CodePipeline.
  • Skilled in Docker, Terraform, Jenkins.
  • Skilled in Gitlab, Artifactory, Kubernetes.
  • Skilled in Ansible.
  • Skilled in AWS CloudFormation templates, and GitHub, AWS DevOps suite.
  • Skilled in Chef for configuration management.
  • Skilled in Amazon Web Services (AWS) offerings, development, and networking platforms.
  • Skilled in using Apache Maven for project management.
  • Skilled in AWS Management and Governance suite of products such as CloudTrail, CloudWatch, or Systems Manager.
  • Skilled in Python object-oriented programming.
