Kelly is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to work with our client, a global leader in the manufacturing/engineering space, on a temporary basis for 6 months with strong potential of getting hired on permanently. This is a remote opportunity that will eventually turn into a hybrid remote/on-site position. It’s an exciting opportunity to support recruiters in the United States, Israel, and China on hard-to-fill niche positions.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will:

  • Work with recruiters and hiring managers to help turn job descriptions into people profiles
  • Build talent pools within the ATS and other sourcing platforms
  • Use pipeline to create outreach campaigns
  • Identify, screen, and shortlist potential talent through a variety of search techniques including LinkedIn, Boolean, social media, networking groups, etc.
  • Submit qualified, available, and interested candidates for assigned roles
  • Achieve a high conversion rate on submitted applicants
  • Help build sourcing capability across the global TA team by reviewing tools, methods, and training resources


  • 4+ years of agency and/or corporate sourcing/recruiting experience
  • Strong understanding of the entire recruiting lifecycle
  • Highly proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to work independently with little direction once fully trained in
  • Skilled with advanced search techniques
  • Experienced in manipulating and analyzing data
  • Team player who is naturally creative and curious with a strong sense of follow-through
