• Operates a variety of pneumatic and electric hand tools to remove and replace damaged vehicle parts.

• Fabricates parts from blueprints, drawings/sketches, or templates. (Includes: Welding, Press Operation, Soldering, etc.)

• Assembles fabricated and pre-fabricated parts using rivet guns, drills, and other hand tools

• Prepares vehicle for refinishing.

• Primes and Paints vehicle as required.

• Obtains and transports material to work area using forklift and other material handling devices.

• Tests vehicle to assure all repairs are completed and are to customer satisfaction.

• Prepares the necessary paperwork and documentation for the finished unit

• Supports and participates in Morgan Olson’s PPS team efforts.

• Adheres to Quality policy by exceeding customer expectations, being customer focused and supporting continuous improvement activities.

• Adheres to Safety policies and practices behavioral based safety 100% of the time.

• Occasional travel to customer location

• Other duties as assigned


• Knowledge of vehicle repair techniques and proficient in press operation, welding, metal finishing, refinishing (painting) and electrical.

• State Certified (preferred)

• A good understanding of blueprints, schematics and diagrams

• 1-2 years of experience with repairing and maintaining vehicles and equipment.

• Ability to complete work with limited supervision and instruction in a timely manner.

• Good analytical/problem solving skills.

• Able to work flexible hours to meet customer requests.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and forklift/crane certification.
