Requisition Number: S_210286 Department: USMARC-0937 Description of Work: Performs all aspects of slaughters and carcass fabrication including cuts, trims and bones of beef and swine in an animal research facility setting. Responsible for maintenance, minor repair and sanitization of facilities and equipment. Maintains records and compiles various reports. Assists livestock farm operations as needed. Ability to read and understand instructions, procedures,and research protocols. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in slaughtering and cutting of meat preferred. Posted Salary: $14.50/hr minimum Job Type: Full-Time
