As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Eastwick Center, Philadelphia, PA.

Job Description

  • *Assist IT Product Manager with:-Ideation, Analysis & Estimation-Cross-functional impact analysis-Current State documentation/diagrams-Future State diagrams-Product Roadmap support (initial roadmap development and ongoing updates to keep current)-Functional Requirements/User Stories (provide input to execution team BSA, assist in formulating AC and requirements, cross dependencies, hand-off to execution team)-TCOE test plan (provide input and assistance during discovery and analysis phase, hand-off to execution team).
  • Collaborative efforts with IT Product Managers and SME/BSA-C teammates.
  • Ensures the development and execution of business plans for IT product or the product line. Participates in defining product strategies and standards.
  • Assist in the development of strategic Product Roadmap(s) and vision
  • Work closely with other supporting roles including IT Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Project Management, Architects, Infrastructure and other Development teams to achieve the best outcomes; reporting results
  • Must have a working knowledge of system interfaces and upstream/downstream systems
  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of the business, including the history behind the current state processes
  • Establishes and maintains alliances with technology partners, Full Stack Agile Crew members and supports all IT product concepts and strategies.
  • Ability to make recommendations to improve upon current state functionality (i.e. sunset macros, screen-scraping technology, etc.)
  • Ability to size a project/initiative impact, assist in breaking apart into epics or phases of work.
  • Ability to interact and offer guidance with IT PM, Product Owner, Developer, BSA, and Management Team.
  • Ability to understand and answer technical level questions and define the design details needed to meet the Agile Crew's delivery timelines.
  • Ability to analyze within 'ideation' phase and identify the cross-functional impacts to technology and other Full-Stack Crews.
  • Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
  • Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
  • Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
  • Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
  • Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .
