This position will lead Customer Marketing globally for Building Management Systems (BMS). You will interface with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, sales and channel partners, marketing and legal and be responsible for managing all external vendor relationships to deliver programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as both the Regional leader and the over Global leader for Customer Marketing in BMS
  • Develop and create tools and collaterals for the solutions offering
  • Create campaigns and demand generation activities to support new product introductions through different channels distribution, dealers, and system integrators
  • Develop and manage teams supporting NPI launch plans for BMS
  • Continue the transformation to digital mind first activities with the objectives of improving service and migrating toward more contemporary practices for an enhanced customer experience
  • Perform and lead excellent communications work
  • Drive continuous improvement and seek ways to do things better, faster, and more efficiently
  • Support other initiatives as assigned to support critical business objectives


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8+ years of experience in a product marketing or marketing environment
  • 5+ years of experience of executing integrated marketing communications globally


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful communication marketing programs
  • Deep understanding of entire digital marketing mix and tactics and how to align with business growth targets and marketing automation processes.
  • Experienced in Adobe Experience Manager, Marketo and SFDC
  • Strong strategic thinking/planning skills and experience, with a proven track record of executing high-impact, results-oriented integrated marketing communications programs
  • Excellent business writing and editing skills
  • Excellent organizational and project planning skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with and managing outside agencies, Strong influencing and negotiating skills with the ability to motivate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and matrixed environment
