Our client is looking for Maintenance Technicians in their Scranton, PA location.

In this role, the candidate will work unassisted in all tasks with very minimal assistance. You must be able to be able to be the lone maintenance resource at any time.

Under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Technician will be responsible for conducting scheduled maintenance, repairing equipment as needed, and documenting maintenance and repair on lines and equipment within their shift.

The Maintenance Technician must possess considerable skills, knowledge and experience related to working on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems within a large, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Essential functions:

- Ensures production lines and other equipment are always maintained and able to run.

- Assists in developing and prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager, Production Supervision and Line Leads

- Completes work order requests as defined by Maintenance Manager, Productions Management/Supervision, and/or Operators

- Supports workplace organization programs (6S) and production efficiency programs (TPM)

- Supports and assists preventative maintenance process on the shift

- Contributes and assists in line commissioning after maintenance/process events

- Assists and participates with other plant projects as needed

- Operates in a manner that provides value to the team

Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management.

$27 - $30/hour plus overtime and full benefits with 401k. They have openings on both days and night shifts.

They run a 4 on 4 off schedule. Low cost of living area and lots of growth opportunities.
