We are seeking a highly motivated financial analyst to provide finance support to the AS&T portfolio\. The role will be heavily focused on Earned Value Management and successful execution of the internal business rhythm with the Program Office\. EVM tasks to include generating estimates at complete, monitoring contract performance to budget and schedule, tracking performance, and reporting variances and recovery plans as required by the program office\. Also responsible for performing a wide array of financial analysis including unit cost manufacturing, production cost pools, and tracking material movement to ensure proper cost allocations\. This candidate will also be responsible for generating quarterly CSRs and presenting the financial positions through the MFC leadership team\. Work with other analysts to identify and standardize best processes to drive consistency across various programs and analysts\. Fast paced environment supporting multiple programs with competing deadlines\. Work proactively with multifunctional teams to reduce product cost and improve contract performance

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Strong knowledge and prior application of Earned Value Management Techniques and Concepts

• Strong analytical and computer skills \(Excel \- pivot tables, PowerPoint, Word & Access\)

• Ability to work multiple tasks concurrently

• Candidate must be able to work independently \(with minimal direction and oversight\) and in a team environment\.

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate a speak up mindset, and be resourceful with problem resolution

• Self starter/motivated individual\.

• BS or BA degree in business, or business related field\.

• Prior analytical and or financial experience\.

**Desired Skills:**

• Familiarity with LM/MFC systems, practices and procedures and program personnel\.

• Advanced computer skills with \(Excel \- pivot tables , PowerPoint, Word & Access\)

• Previous experience working for a defense contractor in a similar position\.

• Familiar with FAR/DFAR regulations\.

• Demonstrated history of implementing continuous improvements\.

• Prior SAP experience\.

• Existing security clearance a plus
