**Finance Manager, FP&A Store Operations**

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Finance Manager to support the Store Operations team. Through technology, process improvement and effective workforce management, the Store Operations group is driving store simplification efforts that help our 300,000+ associates better serve our customers.

This role will be responsible for leading productivity efforts in support of the Stores Finance team. Communicating monthly and quarterly performance, developing meaningful executive reporting/analysis and delivering tools to help identify risks/opportunities are several ways that this role will help drive value. The Store Operations Finance Manager has a seat at the table and will work to challenge the status quo and dive deep to solve complex business problems.

The successful candidate will be a creative thinker, have a strong bias to action and be able to collaborate effectively across Finance. The individual will have regular exposure to senior leadership and therefore will need strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Leading the development of the monthly and quarterly performance story for Store Operations

+ Designing, developing & delivering insightful financial reporting, dashboards and analyses

+ Building complex financial models and analytical tools

+ Developing financial metrics to help identify expense opportunities

+ Identifying and executing on process improvement initiatives and automation opportunities

**Education and Experience:**

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related analytical field

+ 4+ years’ experience in a finance or analytical role

+ Strong financial modeling and Excel skills

+ Prior FP&A experience

+ Exceptional analytical skills; highly detail oriented

+ Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (MicroStrategy, TM1, Hyperion/Essbase, Business Objects, Cognos, Teradata, etc.)

+ Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-pace environment and manage multiple competing priorities

+ Experience with visualization and business analysis tools (e.g. Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI, etc.) desirable
