You will be responsible for demand generation of sales vertical market initiative in North Region to grow the full range of Honeywell Personal Protective Equipment (HPPE) products in the industrial safety market. Responsible for the sales of products to the industrial safety vertical markets through end-users in the assigned region, with an emphasis on end user pull-through conversions, end-user management and subject matter expertise in PPE products. Fast paced, rapidly changing environment where the ability to think and respond quickly and creatively are essential.  Must understand the scope of PPE products, business operations, financial, selling programs and distribution systems.  Proven ability to lead and work within a team atmosphere.  Strong organization, conceptual, analytical, financial and communication skill sets. Position requires significant travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize mobile marketing tools to conduct onsite product demonstrations, including Road Shows, ToolBox Talks, and other group selling activities.
  • Convert large consumers of PPE to our National Contractor Program standardization offering.
  • Schedule and conduct sales calls with major end-users, with and without distributors, to convert customers to Honeywell products.
  • Attend local shows, major training events and major sales opportunities.
  • Identify market sales opportunities and develop sales plans designed to maximize exposure within these opportunities.
  • Stay current and communicate all external regulations that affect the applications of and uses of our products.
  • Document major wins/losses with recommendations for improvements via Salesforce.
  • Continually communicate progress, wins, losses, customer needs, issues and gaps to the construction sales leader.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and sales trends within the assigned region by product, by end user and channel partner.


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related.
  • 5+ years' experience in Sales with end-user relationship.
  • Fluent English.
  • Travel 50% of the time attending field sales.


  • CRM Salesforce management.
  • Advanced experience with end-user Sales execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships.
  • PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to achieve results through influence in a matrixed-team environment.
  • Ability to influence at the operational level.
