Primary Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate various CNC equipment

  • Fabricate and assemble die components as assigned

  • The ability to floor program, modify existing programs and create progression programs.

  • Inspect quality of components using gauges and other measuring devices.

  • Work with others and schedule jobs to meet customer demands.

  • Identify or Investigate problems to determine root cause, and establish corrective/preventative actions

  • Maintain clean and organized work areas

  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School or Equivalent

  • Vocational or Journeyman experience preferred

  • Ability to read/write and follow verbal and written instructions

  • Ability to read, understand and work from blueprints, sketches, and work orders

  • Fundamental skills as machinist in metal fabrication, tool making, and mold construction

  • Understanding of tolerances and precision measuring 

  • Computer experiences with CAD & CAM file processing, email, Web scheduling, and MS office

  • Must have a working knowledge of shop math
