Lead IT strategy and assure effective IT delivery for multiple business domain within Honeywell Intelligrated. You will be the primary interface to business leaders to define requirements and drive execution of growth and productivity solutions enabled through existing and emerging information technology i.e Oracle/SAP ERP, Supply chain technology and Non-Oracle Applications etc. You will be a key member of the business leadership team, engaging in all aspects of running the business, with a specialization in the use of technology to fulfill business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance/cyber safety
  • Manage expenses to IT Annual Operating Plan and Program budgets
  • Provide technical/Functional guidance in analyzing, planning, implementing, and executing business specific processes using Oracle Applications, non-Oracle Applications, software tools and applications, and related technology to support business requirements.
  • Act as functional advisor and Work with other specialists/analysts and business domains to develop and manage processes for continued advancement of the company's use of the Oracle, Sales Force and other third party technology and establish best practices within the user community.
  • Differentiate and determine if a complex problem is system related or a business process problem and make impactful recommendations accordingly with the help of the broader cross-functional IT organization
  • Develop business cases, RFP/SOW, roadmaps, reviews and business readiness activities for the Customer Excellence leadership
  • Understand and engage the various capabilities available from the Enterprise IT Group and utilize those resources to improve SPS IGS performance
  • Coordinate and utilize cross-functional SPS and Enterprise IT resources in adjacent functions such as Sourcing, Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing/Planning, Engineering, C&E and others as needed.
  • Exhibits customer-focused leadership behaviors as will collaborate with key business stakeholders and/or executives, peers and internal customers

    Coach and Train IGS sites on latest technology of ERP/Salesforce/Configurator and measure ongoing critical metrics; Help business to understand how critical Metrics are measured and what changes can be made to improve them; Review and audit Oracle/Non-Oracle leading indicators as a tool to discovering areas for improvement
  • Conducts presentations of functional and/or technical information concerning specific projects and/or schedules
  • Act as a champion of Honeywell standard methodologies and current/future IT services and solutions to support business strategies
  • Be a role model for the Honeywell code of conduct and the Honeywell behaviors
  • Ensure that all IT activities in the region are performed in a safe and compliant manner, meeting all Honeywell internal and external standards
  • Lead a team of ERP FIL for multiple ERP programs.


  • Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 15+ years of professional working experience in IT especially in ERP for Supply chain, Finance, project & engineering domain.
  • Must have experience managing people.
  • Able to travel 25-50%


  • Masters degree strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, influencing, and change management skills
  • Experience with relevant Office, Oracle applications e-business suite R12; Oracle PIM; Oracle Configurator; Bills of Material(BOM) and Item BOM Routing; Order Management(OM); WIP Process; ASCP (advanced supply chain planning); MRPs; Oracle Outside Processing(OSP); Oracle manufacturing processes; Oracle Projects, Configurator, Oracle AP/GL/FA/AR, Oracle PIM, Oracle Inventory/BOM module, SQL;PL/SQL; Unix Shell Scripting; Oracle forms and Reports, Workflows; TOAD.
  • Six Sigma and/or DFSS background, strong analytical skills
  • Customer focused & skilled relationship builder with capacity to initiate & champion collaborative relationships & trust
  • Project Management experience on small to medium multi-disciplinary teams within a large corporation
  • Deep understanding of technology practices with strong business acumen and customer focus
  • Conveys information with clarity, ensuring messages are understood across diverse, global teams.
