As the Quality Assurance Associate/Consultant, you are responsible for implementing the quality assurance program, assisting with onsite external audits and inspections, and providing routine quality support for Development Innovations.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • You will provide guidance to Development Innovations colleagues on the interpretation of ICH-GCP, local and federal regulatory requirements as related to the conduct of clinical research
  • You will manage and facilitate all external Regulatory Agency, Sponsor, IRB, or other audits of Development Innovations
  • You will provide guidance and support for quality issue resolution including root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions. Report deficiencies to Executive and Physician leadership, where appropriate.
  • You will, through routine trending and metric reporting, identify systemic areas of non-compliance and process deficiencies. Propose and facilitate process improvements in areas of deficiency.
  • May attend training courses, relevant conferences or association meetings to continue to gain industry trends and insight, and share that knowledge with internal colleagues

Qualifications

For this position, you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree (4 yr. program)
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a CRO/Sponsor environment/Biotech
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a GCP quality assurance environment
