What you will do

Provides technical and commercial support to Frick Parts Center customer service representatives and Frick/YORK Process Systems (YPS) customers worldwide by identifying and quoting parts as well as some post-order management in the YORK Process Systems market channel.

How you will do it

  • Perform detailed parts identification and quoting in support of the Frick Parts Center using Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as MAPICS and SAP along with pre-ERP system engineering files and drawings.
  • Provide parts quotes to customers and obtain quotes for parts not currently in the system.
  • Perform some post-order management of orders in the YPS Market Channel.
  • Work with E-commerce teams to ensure accurate parts information is available to customers on-line to do self-serve Parts IDs.
  • Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethic standards.


What we look for
Required Qualification:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical) from college or university; or three years related experience in Industrial Refrigeration/HVAC or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to read Blueprints, Schematics, Engineering Drawings and work from at Bill of Materials list to identify specific parts and assemblies.
  • Have a Strong Mechanical Aptitude.
  • Self-Starting and Customer Oriented.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, AS400, and PowerPoint), as well as Internet software, MS TEAMS and E-mail is required.
  • Sales Force/Service Cloud
