**GENERAL OVERVIEW:**

Manages staff and reports on key metrics for the Imaging Institute to support business decisions. Manages and coordinates data registries with assigned physicians and administrators. Serves as a physician liaison; and assists with physician training. Supports Imaging Institute with all technical decision making and provides support of data registry functions. Support technologist with training as super-users to correct IT issues within EPIC-RADIANT/PACS. Identify efficiencies in imaging workflow and work with staff to adjust workflow. Coordinate and train departments to enter data into database registries. Assure electronic reporting is in place in order to efficiently display a data dashboard for quarterly quality management meetings. Manages all IT projects (including MYCHART Scheduling, go lives, and new equipment).

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Manage and train staff to support imaging institute database and operational requirements to assure accurate monthly reporting as well as real time reporting for decision making and presentations.Superuser for radiology systems. (35%)

+ Identify and Implement IT workflow and IT changes needed to assure efficient daily operations. Assist in implementation of capital, software and electronic capabilities by working with Radiology IT and responsible parties.Lead all interface and connectivity projects in coordination with Radiology IT. (35%)

+ Coordinate data reporting with monthly operation metrics to include Dose Registry, CT Lung, GRID, NMD Database keepers for Quality Committee. (15%)

+ Provide collaboration between imaging staff and HMIS. (10%)

+ Other duties as assigned. (5%)

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

Minimum

+ Bachelor's Degree in IT, Radiology or related field

+ 5 years with IT Radiology Information Systems

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office-Products

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel



Preferred

+ Radiation Therapy Certification
