The successful individual will have a broad skillset in Architecture, Systems Engineering, Software Development, Cyber, Test Automation, Modeling and Simulation, Information Technology, and Operations with depth in one or more areas\. The position is focused on optimizing delivery of products and services across the value stream using Lean, Agile, DevSecOps, and Product ways of working\. A deep understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, DaD, and Scum at Scale as well as when to use each of them is required\. The individual will collaborate with all Lockheed Martin Space Lines of Business, as well as, the Major Functional Organizations to transform programs to new modern ways of working using Lean, Agile, DevSecOps, and more across multiple domains with varied customers sets in order to reduce lead time in delivering capabilities into the hands of the customer\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

•Bachelor’s degree in a Systems Engineering, Software, Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline along with a minimum of 18 years of broad, professional experience focused on the design, development, assembly, integration and implementation of complex system of systems using Lean, Agile, and DevSecOps \(MS and 14 years; PhD and 12 years\)

•At least 10 years of relevant Agile Experience

•Proficient in multiple frameworks SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban

•Proven results in transforming teams

•Demonstrate significant contributions to must win proposal efforts

**Desired Skills:**

• Strong business acumen as it relates to program execution

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills\.

• Multiple current certifications as a SAFe Program Consultant \(SPC\), Certified Scrum Master \(CSM\), Certified Scrum Professional \(CSP\), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner \(PMI\-ACP\) or similar

• Extensive knowledge of digital engineering practices to optimize delivery

• Experience building Cyber Security into CI/CD pipeline

• Experience in IaaS, PaaS, SaaS

• Experience developing Agile training materials, leading training sessions, and developing competent Agile practitioners and leaders

• Experience training and coaching senior leaders and external customers

• Experience implementing Agile principles and methods within DoD or other government environments

• Experience in ATDD, BDD, TDD

• Experience leading and developing teams \(i\.e\., improving collaboration, trust, efficiency\)

• Able to understand an individual team’s dynamics and energize the team accordingly with an emphasis on continuous improvement

• Willingness to serve in a needed team role as the team forms
