Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall commercialization for the replacement of R-410A refrigerant
• Commercialize and scale up for potential replacement options
• Lead the development and execution of strategy  
• Develop and tailor business model, including pricing, ISC readiness, CAPEX investment, supplier engagement and customer engagement
• Ensure cross functional alignment to support commercialization
• Secure contracts with customers
• Own financial modeling


• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years’ experience in commercial or technology; Five plus years of marketing / technology experience 
• 5+ years in developing and/or managing software service businesses


• Product management and product life cycle expertise with a proven track record of delivering next generation solutions
• General business, sales and engineering acumen with a solid understanding of budgets, business models, and agile development.
• P&L or front office budget responsibility
• Proven track record of new product launches, in market success, and scaling a business 
• Ability to lead and manage in a matrixed organization delivering on time, on budget, and on spec with a history of outpacing market performance
• Strong entrepreneurial skills with a keen sense for problem solving and agility
• High energy, passionate performer, that inspires and motivates others
• Unquestionable ethics, integrity, diversity and inclusion
• Relevant domain experience in Industrial markets, preferred but not required 
• Commercial experience and savvy; negotiating contracts with large OEMs preferred 
• MBA preferred
