The Sr. SaaS Product Manager will lead Z21 product development for Software-as-a-Service and System Integrator Tools offerings for Alerton, a Honeywell Building Technologies brand. In this role you will have full cradle-to-grave responsibility for Alertons portfolio of premium HVAC control offerings while driving a business model transformation to IoT SaaS. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a customer base of independent entrepreneurial systems integrators deploying Smart Building technologies in some of the most iconic buildings, corporate campuses, data centers, sports arenas, schools and hospitals around the world.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Alerton's customers, Engineering, PMO, Global Offering Management and Sales to define and roll-out our next generation of products and services
  • Own strategic planning, roadmap definition and pricing for your portfolio
  • Produce key Z21 artifacts such as PR FAQ, Product-in-a-box and Business Model canvass
  • Produce key Go-To-Market artifacts such as Sales Playbook, Product Overview and Demos
  • Own and present business case for new products/solutions to get executive buy-in and investment
  • Drive demand generation and promotion programs to achieve growth and profitability goals for your portfolio

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product/Offering Manager

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science; MBA is highly desirable
  • Experience influencing at the executive leadership level both internally and within customer organizations
  • Established strategic planning, business case analysis and pricing skills
  • Cross-functional leadership skills across Engineering, PMO, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Tech Writing and Tech Support
  • Proven ability to convert technical specs into customer value proposition and simple messaging statements and vice versa
  • Experience managing recurring revenue offerings
  • Experience in IoT / Building Automation / Smart Buildings
