This position reports to the Director, Network, Cloud & Data Centers.

What you will do:
  • Develop, Implement, Test and Operationalize Secure Network Architecture on Enterprise Projects
  • Develop, Implement and Maintain documentation (High Level/Low Level Design documents, network configuration, network mapping), procedures and associated training for administration, disaster recover
  • Continue to learn and investigate ways to implement scalable operations, architecture and network performance
  • Support in enhancing network automation and monitoring strategies
  • Ensure compliance with security practices/guidelines, and relevant technology standards
  • Provide input to IT leadership on both short and long-term portfolio planning to enable the achievement of business strategy
  • Partner with business and customer to align IT deliverables in support of their goals and better business enablement
  • Identify the need for, review and approve service improvement plans to address endemic issues
  • Broker effective communications and collaboration between vendors, technical teams, partners and business to ensure on target delivery
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with service partners, vendors and the business, aligning to and supporting business strategies
  • Provide technical/process expertise and guidance and working to-wards common goal
  • Bring appropriate individuals together to accomplish business objectives
  • Facilitate access to critical competencies; knows whom to involve
  • Apply self-management techniques to include: acting with integrity, demonstrating adaptability, setting personal development goals, and working efficiently
What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent experience required
  • 4+ years or more years of related experience required
  • Proven experience and success Engineering and Deploying LAN, WAN, Wireless Network, Network Security Governance and capacity planning
  • Technology Experience: Meraki, KEMP/F5, Cisco (NXOS, IOS XR/XE), Advanced VPN, Firewalls, ISE preferred
  • Experience with Cloud Networking: AWS and Azure Advanced Networking, Understanding of Cloud Services, Transit Gateway, Azure HubVPC, Azure VWAN preferred
  • Knowledge of public peering, Peering Edge, Internet Exchanges, IP Transit, Public IP design, etc. preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team
  • Proven ability to operate in high pressure situations and successfully handle multiple competing priorities while displaying a high degree of flexibility and professionalism
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and implementation practices
  • Ability to communicate at various levels from senior business stakeholders to technical subject matter experts in designing and developing technical solutions to business needs
  • Qualified professional accredited Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) recommended
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary Range $81,900 - $117,000 USD. This range is estimated for a Network Engineer in Loveland, Colorado. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.

In addition to base pay, this role is also eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan consistent with the terms of our plan(s), which provide discretionary award opportunities reflecting components such as performance of the company and the employee.
