What You'll Do:
  • Manage all recruiting-related activities
  • Equip recruiters with the most effective tools to approach the hiring process
  • Track recruiting metrics to identify the best strategies and areas of improvement
  • Forecast future talent needs and ensuring recruiting teams are able to meet those goals
What You'll Need:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
  • Innovative and willing to take risks
  • Proactive and self-motivated working under minimal supervision.
  • 5+ years business management experience
  • Technical recruiting experience required, DoD experience a plus
  • Experience managing teams of employees
  • Experience with budgeting by identifying, prioritizing, acquiring, and allocating the resources needed to carry out the plan
  • Knowledge of Federal and State labor laws
  • Proven success with using Jobs Boards and ATS systems, preferably iCIMS
Education & Experience:
  • 5 + Years of relevant work experience.
