In the role you will work within the production facility and will be primarily responsible for performing, documenting, and scheduling all electro-mechanical maintenance tasks related to servicing coating, and all support equipment within an assigned facility.

The service technician plays a key leadership role in directing and improving the performance of existing equipment which directly impacts the overall production output within a facility. The position may indirectly supervise the work of others as well as require informal mentoring/ coaching of others.

The service technician directly reports to the Area Service Manager and has a dotted line report to the Center Manager.

On a day-to-day basis you will troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems within the facility. You will also conduct preventative maintenance daily. They need someone with a strong work-ethic who possesses a sense of urgency to be successful. If you have a strong electrical maintenance foundation, they will train you on PLCs or any other maintenance skills you may be weak with.

While this is a second shift role you will start on first shift working with a mentor for at least 3 months before they put you on 2nd shift where you will be on your own, so they need someone who can work autonomously.

This is a 2nd shift role that works either 4 pm to 1230am or 430pm to 1am, depending on location.

Base will be $25.50 to $32/hour + Plenty of overtime. Great benefits package.
