Business Development Manager - Bay Area

We are looking for a self-motivated professional with a demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset to join our national sales team. Critical thinking, driven individuals looking to create and develop new inroads into their market as well as build on existing relationships with GPRS's established clients should consider applying for this position. Candidate must live within or be willing to move within 50 miles of Menlo Park.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or construction
  • Strong relationship and communication skills
  • History of strong sales achievement within a relationship driven business.
  • Shown comfortability working with a diverse set of stakeholders within the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and penetrate the assigned target market.
  • Ability to understand and develop a working knowledge of the latest commercial developments locally.
  • Willingness to work a flexible work travel with extensive local travel.
  • Exhibited problem solving skills; using technical expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including the Microsoft suite and company CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED with experience in marketing, sales, project management or customer service within the construction industry)

GPRS offers a great benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, company vehicle, and cell phone. This position has a base salary as well as bonus structure based upon meeting monthly goals.
