As the Instructional Design Specialist, you will provide expertise and technical support in the applications of educational design and delivery methodologies, ensuring effective use of available techniques in creating and updating learning/course materials. You will serve as the subject matter expert in the creation of new and revised learning materials and work to understand the business needs and desired results that support MLH’s commitment to become a high performing organization!

Position: Instructional Design Specialist
Shift: Day Shift

Experience:

Minimum of 2+ years of Articulate experience is required

Accumulated knowledge, training or background experience in curriculum development, instructional design and instructional development.

Experience with SCORM compliance and integrating deliverables into learning management tools.

Experience with script writing for audio narration

Clear understanding of performance gap analysis and how it translates into learn solutions

Proficiency in transforming complex concepts into appropriate storyboards, frameworks, outlines, sequences, activities and high-quality products.

Ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels


Education:
Bachelor’s Degree, Instructional Design, Instructional or Educational Technology, Curriculum Development or related field is required.

Master’s Degree is preferred
