LinQuest is seeking a motivated Program Manager with an active Top Secret clearance to join our dynamic team.

The senior level manager will be in charge of the overall planning, direction, oversight, and administration of the contract and ensures full compliance with contract requirements. They will routinely meet with the JITC Commander and Deputy Commander and allocates resources and sets schedules to accomplish program objectives including the quality, timelessness, and costs; and implements associated risk mitigation strategies. The PM participates in program reviews and readjusts resources and schedules to accomplish programs, as necessary. They will plan and adjust work operations to meet changing and/or emerging program requirements using available resources with minimal impact on work quality or quantity. They will facilitate continuous improvement in the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the services provided and integrates problem resolution into ongoing work without loss of workforce efficiency. In addition, they will demonstrate expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and may provide consultation on complex proposals, such as technical projects and strategic planning as a top-level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

As a PM, you will work as part of an integrated, interdisciplinary team working to support internal and external facing customers. Tasking includes organizing and leading tasks as defined by the Director and GM, interfacing with the customer, and working closely the project and technical leads providing support to our government customer base. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, independently executing assigned tasks, leading meetings, and interfacing with industry partners. Candidate will work closely with the Director and GM to provide leadership on concurrent taskings and contracts under the group.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements and provides guidance related to processes and policies, oversees the work of staff, and prioritizes projects and programs. Directs and oversees an organization's planning function to promote organizational effectiveness. Mentors project leaders to improve processes, procedures, and standards based on programmatic needs. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and may provide consultation on complex projects as a top-level contributor/specialist. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

  • Interface with your team leads and senior Government personnel
  • Interact with your team leads and SMEs to resolve project or technical issues

  • Review and certify financial reports and invoices
Required Skills and Experience:

  • Management of large complex DoD programs that support engineering, IT, operations research, or similar technical fields
  • Experience with DoD program management practices, reporting, quality guidelines, and financial management
  • Very Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities by levels of importance and suspense dates
  • Ability to qualify and mature technologies given internal and external requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in working with diverse teams of engineers, developers, analysts and business development professionals
Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Ability to cultivate and sustain excellent long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Government or industry training is highly desired and includes: DAWIA T&E Level III certification, SPRDE Level III certification, CTEP certification, and applicable United States Federal or DoD school training and certification on a specific system, network, or technology
  • IT/NSS and C5ISR T&E collaboration with academia is preferred, specifically with the various DoD DOT&E and DDT&E SBTD ongoing work with the Naval Postgraduate School and the Air Force Institute of Technology
