The Role

Job Mission - Talent acquisition position is a critical and strategic part for talent management with building internal headhunter capability and enhance people quality in the first place
In this role you will
  • Lead and fill all the vacancies for two legal entities in China and make sure to hire qualified candidates
  • Support end to end recruitment activities ensuring the entire process is streamlined and efficient
  • Maintain and Expand innovative recruiting channels including both external and internal resources
  • Understand the external factors that impact the supply of top talent, company's competitive position, salary level structure, and candidate requirements for various job categories
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, business objectives, and requirements for candidates
  • Train hiring leaders about the interviewing skills and whole recruitment process
  • Launch and drive Global internship program in China to make sure successful implementation
  • Create strategic sourcing initiatives, do market intelligent study and talent pipeline set-up
  • Meet recruitment KPI and share with China management team on monthly basis
  • Ensure recruiting system's timely operation and update
  • Other Ad-hoc task
Traits we believe make a strong candidate
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Min 5 years recruiting experience; 3 years in contingency recruiting
  • Proven experience in sourcing and program management
  • Good understanding of semi-conductor/life-science and chemistry industry
  • Good command of Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English, both in oral and written
  • Good attention to details and can follow process
  • Strong customer focus and good communications skills
