**Description:** Responsible for ensuring that customers IT needs are satisfied through managing and coordinating specific informational technology deliverables; the overall program/project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirement\. Manages company and third\-party vendors as well as assure that an integrated software and hardware solution is provided to meet customer's need\. May include responsibility for technical development\. At the higher level, incumbents are instrumental in overall planning and selling of services\. Responsible for supporting the Manager in coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, and directly responsible for their work assignments\.

Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities for this position:

• IT Leader for the NGI, LRHW and HEAT programs leading a team of IT professionals\.

• Establish a cost effective and robust business rhythm to manage IT Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity in support of the NGI, LRHW and HEAT programs\.

• Integration, strategic planning, and operation of all NGI, LRHW and HEAT programs IT Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity tasking

• IT Infrastructure, Applications, Project Management, and Cybersecurity fact finding, customer support, horizontal integration, corrective action planning, cost, schedule, technical, and risk

• Provide leadership to Space direct, matrixed, and EBS/EIT employees

• Support the Development of NGI, LRHW and HEAT programs IT Infrastructure, Applications and Cybersecurity strategic plan, coordinate with Navy customers, and integrated program schedules

• Execute a horizontal integration process with SMD, SSC, and BA peers

• Demonstrate strong Program management skills, strong IT knowledge and is skilled in managing Military customers

• Provide expertise in IT Infrastructure, Applications, SWSNet Cybersecurity, Cyber DFAR, Risk Management Framework, and DOD Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process \(DIACAP\)

**Basic Qualifications:**

4\+ Years of experience leading people, projects, teams, etc

• Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership Capabilities

• Experienced in leading and managing DOD requirements and processes

• Knowledge or past performance & execution to cost \(Control Account Management /Earned Value\), schedule, technical & risk management\.

• Knowledge of Product Lifecycle from new business pursuit to contract closure\.

• Knowledge of and experience with IT solutions and IT resource personnel\.

• Understanding of and experience with leading Infrastructure, Applications, and Cybersecurity teams\.

• Program Management and IT Integration skills \(i\.e\., Infrastructure, Applications or Cybersecurity\)

• Have a SECRET Clearance or the ability to get one\. This position requires special access to support the program and requires the selected candidate to be a US Citizen\.

**Desired Skills:**

Highly motivated and able to prioritize and integrate multiple projects\.

• Information Security: Demonstrated experience with risk analysis and related business decision processes, Strong understanding of information security trends and current industry focus areas, Technical experience with vulnerability management, normal infrastructure/perimeter protections, information security best practices\.

• Experience with DFARS, Risk Management Framework, and DIACAP\.

• Experience with Data and Predictive Analytics\.

• Experience with Cloud based IT Solutions/Architectures\.

• Demonstrated skills in Business Transformation and Process Improvement\.

• Understanding of the FBM program, Corporate and Enterprise IT policies and initiatives\.

• Experience working with classified and controlled unclassified information\.

• Strong communication and critical thinking skills\.

• Experience supporting remote sites\.

• Active Secret or higher clearance at time of application\.
