+ Project Role :Technology Solution Planning Lead

+ Project Role Description : Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from a standard set of offerings. Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transition, shape services and determine appropriate service delivery locations and related costs. Acts as a key member of the sales team to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups.

+ Key Responsibilities : A:Candidate will be responsible for driving the solutioning for large deals for Salesforce BG across regions / industries B:Should be able to anchor the Client Orals / Presentations - showcasing Accenture solution / capabilities C:Lead a team of Solution Architects while grooming them and help shape up deals D:Define best practice, guidelines, estimators etc for the SFBG Solutioning team

+ Technical Experience : A:Candidate will be responsible for driving the solutioning for large deals for Salesforce BG across regions / industries B:Should have good knowledge of Salesforce and the ecosystem solutions and preferably should be a Ranger in Trailhead and hold at least one Salesforce certification other than Admin

+ Professional Attributes: A:Should have good knowledge of Salesforce and the ecosystem solutions and preferably should be a Ranger in Trailhead and hold at least one Salesforce certification other than Admin B:Should be able to work across a complex stakeholder landscape while presenting the overall solution

+ Educational Qualification: 15 years of full time education BE/B Tech or equivalant

+ Additional Information: Should have previous experience on large,complex SF deals with hands on solutioning expertise
