**The Challenge:**

As part of our Shop Floor Control Management team with Skunkworks, your leadership and people skills are critical to ensuring that vital parts and materials are available for production and that parts move fluidly throughout the shop floor\. As you grow, you will take on new tasks and more ownership by delivering critical components that keep the Fort Worth and OCONUS production lines moving and ensure that aircraft around the world stay fully mission capable\.

**A Day in the Life:**

Joining our Shop Floor Control Management team in Palmdale, you will become a part of an intimate group of production and engineering professionals all working together to meet our customer’s needs and goals\.

As a Supervisor, you will be empowered to lead a set of employees to success in manufacturing areas in plant 10\. Proactively assessing and resolving issues, you will partner and act as a trusted point of contact with the entire supporting organization\.

On any given day, you will also:

• Closely collaborate with our production team, engineering and MRP

• Utilize MRP, SAP, and Palmdale Order Location Systems

• Ensure that personnel, equipment materials, and services are provided as needed

• Drive brainstorming sessions and collaboration

With qualifications and expertise in the following, you will thrive:

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Shop Floor Control Experience

• Leadership or Management Experience

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems \(MES\) such as MRP, SFM, or EWI

• Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office tools

**Desired Skills:**

• Leadership experience; must be a self\-starter and possess strong interpersonal skills\.

• Hands\-on knowledge of Learning Management Systems \(LMS\) & Timecard/ Payroll systems

• Knowledge of SAP, ERP4C, FOD Control Procedures, Tool Crib/Warehouse procedures

• Experience working in a Union environment\.

• Demonstrated successful problem\-solving skills

• Proven effective professional written/oral communication skills

• Ability to interface with and present to multiple levels of leadership in the organization
