  • Adhere to and enforce all safety rules/programs within the department.
  • Staff and run lines according to routings.
  • Conduct quality audits for each line.
  • Responsible for meeting daily output and routing requirements.
  • Maximize machine efficiency labor effectively.
  • Train line technicians/material handlers, and assist supervisor in daily production duties.
  • Perform minor line adjustments, assist with changeovers and repairs for normal operation.
  • Conduct shift in accordance to 5S principles, review standard work boards.
  • Notify supervisor if issues exist.
  • Not allowing line to meet objectives.
  • Machine issues exist.
  • Quality issues with output, components, and bulk exist.
  • Make sure warehouse receipts match the actual for components.
  • Inventory accuracy for their product to be produced, inputs and outputs produced.



  • Education and Experience: High School Diploma/HSE strongly preferred, or 6+ months Zotos Geneva experience required, with 2 to 5 years’ experience in the Screening and/or Blow Molding department. Mathematical aptitude and good leadership skills required.
  • Physical Requirements: The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds. Cannot have any lifting, bending or stooping restrictions. Job performance must not be affected by color blindness.
